I'm not sure nicotine will do that to you, but I'm SURE that inactivity can do that to you. If you are not physically active, your body gets lethargic and makes it hard to sleep OR you oversleep and all you want to do is sleep.

Go to the gym or start an exercise routine and after the first week or so you'll start seeing a significant change in your attitude and how you feel. Of course, smoking is going to make it harder to stick to an exercise routine because of the breathing difficulties it may cause. So, certainly consider a plan on quitting! Good luck!!

Yes. It is the effect of excessive smoking and Nocotine. You should know that nicotine is a very bad ingradient which directly affect your nervous system and heart. You are just like my son so I advise you to please quit smoking and take regular morning walk do light exercise.Jogging alos. Go to sleep early and rise early morning. I assure you that in a weak's time you will feel better and will get perfect sleep.. For prescription of medicine. I ask you to use Dr. Reckoweig Homewpathic Medicines Vita 15-C. Please inform me further on my yahoo mail address.
You might be suffering from sleep apnea. Do you snore and toss in bed? You might have a sleep problem and might want to consult a sleep therapist. Plus.... STOP SMOKING!
could also be chronic fatigue syndrome...more common than you might think, treated by a Dr.
